US carries out first air drop of aid for Gaza
The United States has conducted its first air drop of humanitarian aid for the Gaza Strip, following the recent escalation in violence between Israel and Hamas.
The aid, which included food, medical supplies, and other essential items, was delivered by U.S. military aircraft and dropped in designated areas of Gaza to assist those in need.
The decision to carry out the air drop was made in response to the worsening humanitarian situation in Gaza, where many people have been displaced and are facing shortages of basic necessities due to the ongoing conflict.
The U.S. government has called for an immediate ceasefire and a return to negotiations to achieve a lasting peace in the region, while also providing necessary support to those affected by the crisis.
International organizations and other countries have also been providing aid to Gaza, as efforts continue to alleviate the suffering of civilians caught in the crossfire of the conflict.
